Associate Clinician

For clinicians early in their career, working toward independent licensure, who already understand the people we serve.

  • Master's degree plus an active state associate credential (LMHCA, LSW, APC, LMFTA, or AMFT)
  • Deliver care within your scope under an approved supervisor
  • Attend weekly individual and monthly group supervision, and keep documentation and supervised-hours current
  • We provide supervision toward your hours and a clear path to independent licensure

Licensed Clinician (Staff Clinician)

WA or IL licensed1099 contractFully virtual

For independently licensed clinicians who carry their own caseload and model the clinical quality we are known for.

  • Active, independent WA or IL license (LMHC, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Carry a full independent caseload and bill across payers
  • Model clinical quality with reliable, timely documentation
  • Mentor associate clinicians and grow toward senior and supervisory roles
