Senior Therapist

For experienced clinicians who run their own rhythm and lift the team around them.

  • Carry and manage your own caseload, and help generate and hold your own clients
  • Work autonomously through ambiguity
  • Mentor and guide earlier-career therapists
  • Active WA or IL license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) with 5 to 8+ years of experience

Junior Therapist

WA or ILSupervision providedFully virtual

For clinicians early in their career who know their stuff and want structure to grow.

  • Carry a supervised caseload with regular clinical direction
  • Get hands-on help building and holding your caseload
  • Newly licensed, or right before licensure (LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFTA in WA; LPC, LSW, associate MFT in IL)
  • We provide supervision toward your hours and a clear path from junior to senior
